Frequently Asked Questions
THE BRAND
Richard “Ringo” Reiner was an aviator, golfer and craftsman whose life and character inspired the Ringo Reiner brand.
A B-26 Marauder pilot during World War II, Ringo developed an appreciation for precision, purpose and attention to detail that carried throughout his life. He was also an avid golfer and a businessman with an enduring appreciation for quality, craftsmanship and timeless style.
Ringo Reiner carries those principles forward for a new generation.
Ringo Reiner is a premium men's golf and lifestyle brand inspired by the life and character of Richard “Ringo” Reiner.
We create apparel designed around timeless style, purposeful details and considered craftsmanship—pieces made for the golf course but designed to belong well beyond it.
Aviator. Golfer. Craftsman. represents three parts of Ringo's life that continue to shape the brand.
Aviator reflects precision, discipline and his experience flying the B-26 Marauder.
Golfer represents a lifelong connection to the game and the places, friendships and traditions surrounding it.
Craftsman reflects an appreciation for quality, thoughtful design and doing things well.
Together, they provide a simple standard for what carries the Ringo Reiner name.
We believe the best products don't need to announce themselves.
Ringo Reiner is built around restraint, proportion, purpose and attention to detail. Rather than relying on oversized branding or unnecessary ornamentation, we focus on the things a customer experiences: how a garment fits, how the collar holds its shape, how it moves and how the smallest details come together.
The distinction is in the details.
THE PRODUCT
A Ringo Reiner polo is designed around the details that determine how a garment looks, feels and wears throughout the day.
A tailored silhouette, structured collar, built-in collar stays, considered proportions and signature details work together to create a polo that feels polished without feeling overly formal.
We deliberately avoid unnecessary ornamentation. Fit, proportion and purposeful details carry the identity.
The collar is designed to maintain a crisp, composed appearance throughout the day.
Its structured construction and built-in collar stays help the collar hold its shape from the golf course to wherever the day leads next.
The goal is simple: a collar that continues to look like a collar.
Built-in collar stays are integrated directly into the collar construction to provide additional structure and help maintain its shape.
There is nothing to insert, remove or keep track of. The structure is simply part of the garment.
And because every detail matters, our collar stays are shaped in the silhouette of a B-26 Marauder propeller blade—a subtle reference to the aircraft Ringo Reiner flew.
It's a detail most people may never see. That's precisely why it matters.
The signature propeller button is a subtle reference to Ringo Reiner's aviation heritage and the four-blade propellers of the B-26 Marauder he flew.
Rather than making the aviation story an oversized graphic or exterior logo, we incorporated it into a purposeful garment detail.
It's meant to be discovered, not announced.
That's intentional.
We believe a premium garment should be recognizable by how it fits, how it's made and the details you discover up close, not simply by the size of its logo.
Removing the traditional chest mark keeps the polos clean and versatile while allowing the silhouette, collar, pattern and signature details to define the Ringo Reiner identity.
FIT & DESIGN
The Ringo Reiner Tailored Fit is designed to look tailored, never tight.
It follows the natural lines of the body with a clean, athletic silhouette through the chest and waist while maintaining comfortable room to move through a full golf swing.
The result is a polo that looks refined without feeling restrictive.
A Ringo Reiner polo should sit cleanly through the shoulders and chest, with a shaped silhouette through the body and enough room to move naturally.
The sleeves are designed to sit neatly on the upper arm, while the body avoids the excess fabric often found in more traditional, boxy golf polos.
Clean. Comfortable. Considered.
Start with your usual size in a premium golf polo.
If you prefer a clean, tailored silhouette, take your usual size. If you prefer additional room through the chest and waist, size up.
For exact garment measurements and instructions for comparing Ringo Reiner with a polo you already own, visit our Fit & Size Guide.
Yes.
Every Ringo Reiner polo is proportioned to look polished tucked or untucked.
The body length provides enough coverage to remain composed when tucked while maintaining clean proportions when worn untucked.
The idea is versatility without compromise—one polo, worn your way.
Yes—but not only for golf.
Movement through the golf swing is considered in the fit and construction, but we design Ringo Reiner polos for the full day, not simply the round.
The silhouette, collar and proportions are intended to transition naturally from the course to the clubhouse, travel, lunch, dinner and wherever the day leads next.
Lay a polo that fits you well flat on a smooth surface without stretching the fabric.
Measure straight across the chest approximately one inch below the armholes, then double that measurement to compare it with the garment chest measurement in our Fit & Size Guide.
You can also compare the waist, front length and sleeve measurements.
For example, a polo measuring 21 inches across the chest has a 42-inch garment chest measurement—equivalent to a Ringo Reiner Medium.

COLLECTIONS
Each Ringo Reiner collection expresses a different part of the brand while sharing the same commitment to fit, craftsmanship and purposeful detail.
From understated solids to aviation-inspired patterns and special releases, the collections are designed to give each polo its own character without losing the Ringo Reiner point of view.
The Founder Polo is the foundation of Ringo Reiner.
Clean solid colors put the focus on silhouette, collar construction and the details that define the brand. It is designed to be versatile, understated and easy to wear—from the golf course to wherever the day leads.
If you're discovering Ringo Reiner for the first time, The Founder is where we'd start.
Officer Stripe brings subtle pattern to the Ringo Reiner wardrobe through precise, finely scaled stripes inspired by the discipline and character of the Army Air Corps.
Designed to wear almost like a solid from a distance, the stripe reveals more character up close.
Understated from a distance. Distinctive up close.
Flight Patterns brings Ringo Reiner's aviation heritage into the garment through custom prints and carefully considered references.
The Marauder Polo, for example, uses aircraft silhouettes, compass markings and flight-inspired elements to pay subtle tribute to the B-26 Marauder Ringo Reiner flew.
The intention isn't novelty. The aviation story is woven into a polo designed to be worn.
Ringo Reserve is where we give ourselves room to create something less expected.
The collection features distinctive patterns, special concepts and select releases that sit outside the core Ringo Reiner assortment while remaining grounded in the same standards of fit, craftsmanship and restraint.
Think of it as a look inside the more personal side of Ringo Reiner—pieces chosen because they're worth making, not simply because they fill a collection.
